MORAQ gives 5 years warranty to the Concealed Cisterns. Please rad the instructions carefully for not to face any problem that will be excluded from Warranty period.

The Pressure of your plumbing should be between 0,5-10 bars.
Inside your Concealed Cistern, do not throw materials ( toilet paper, paper, old clothes, cigarette, bottle etc.) that may also occlude drains too.
Do not expose your Cistern or Flush plate to the Compressed water.
In case you may have dirty plumbing water; put a fitler to the source of your plumbing.
Do not clean surface with hard surfaced clothes, wires, sponges or using with heavy chemicals.
Do not clean with chemicals that may include high alcohol levels.
Do not try to clean with acid including materials.
Do not hit with hammer or that type of material for triying fixing.
Do not cut, drill hole or try to change physically.
Use MORAQ branded spare parts. Only let authorized service to repair or maintain your Concealed Cistern.

The circumstances that means your Concealed Cistern’s Warranty is not valid;

Courrier defects or stock defects ( If these processes are proceeded by Visam, Warranty will be valid)
If installed or repaired by unauthorized service by Visam.
Acting not according to users manual or Warranty Card.
Heavy excess lime at the water.
